1.1 What is LocalJoy?
LocalJoy is a Changchun-oriented on-line social networking community. LocalJoy has three main focuses:  users, places, and events.  The most significant feature of LocalJoy is information about upcoming activities in Changchun, published by users. In addition, there is detailed information about local businesses, institutions and places of interest, as well as information about LocalJoy's registered users. LocalJoy's latest feature is "My Changchun" which provides a space for users to write articles on their favourite Changchun-related subjects.

1.2 What can I do on LocalJoy?
Any user can publish information about events and activities and invite others to participate.You can also publish information about a place, a business or an institution, for example a restaurant, bar, gymnasium, foreign language school and so on. What's more, you can meet friends in Changchun, create and manage your own interest or activity group(s) and look for others who share your interests.

1.3 How to locate useful information on LocalJoy?
If you're looking for information about an event or a place, use the search box in the upper right corner of the page. There you can conveniently search for the information you want. In the alternative, you can also navigate to the event or the place page. By clicking the category tags,you can enter the corresponding information page. On the people page, you can search for a registered user's page by entering the registered user name in the first search box on the left side of the page.  Also on the people page you can search for people who share an interest by using the second search box on the left side of the page by inputting the interest tag.  On your "My page" you can click on one of your own interest tags to find people with similar interests.

1.4 How to take part in the activities of LocalJoy?
The activities of LocalJoy are all published by users and the address and the time of each activity are presented on the event's page. General information about things like tickets should be presented on this page. With that information, you'll be able to go to the activity location directly. Clicking the "I'm going" tag will let activity organizers know that you plan to attend.

2.1 How to register on LocalJoy?
You can click "register" on the upper right log area to enter the page of registration page.There are two steps in
registration.The first step is about required information.You should write down the mailbox you use,your name on the
site and the password.The second one is optional information.You can write down where you are,your language,interests,and you can upload your head portrait.After that,you only need to click the 'complete' to finish the registration . 

2.2 How to publish activities?
Click the 'event' on the blue navigation bar to enter the event plate.Then you should click 'Add a event'.You should
fill the information of the activities you want to publish in the pop-up form,including event name、event address、
time、the description of the event and so on.At last,you just need to click the 'Save' button.

2.3 How to add places?
Click the 'place' on the navigation bar to the place plate.Then you can click 'Add a Place',write in the form the relevant information of the place and finished this operation by clicking the bottom button 'Save'.

2.4 How to promote the shop you run on LocalJoy?
There are two methods.You can directly advertise on the advertisement place of LocalJoy,see advertisement page.The other one is free.You can publish the information of your shop on the place plate.The places published here will be
commented by registered users in public and choosed as the places they like.But you can manage the comments,and others can upload the photos of your shop.The most popular places will be presented on the first page of the place
plate.

2.5 How to publish the information of rent、housing、transaction et cetera on LoaclJoy?
At the clasifieds plate,you can promote the information you published on the Internet through adding classified information.There are categories of buying,selling,transaction,housing,service,work et cetera.

3.1 LoalJoy·events
3.1.1 Are the events on LocalJoy organised by LocalJoy?
The events on LocalJoy are published By users.LoacalJoy insist the principle of free and open.Generally we do not interfere the activities,may be the activities have no relationship with LocalJoy.Of course,we can publish the activities organised by us.
3.1.2 What kind of events can you publish?
You can publish any activity information except the information prescribed no to publish in National Internet regulations.If  finding the activities that are forbidden by the relevant regulations,LocalJoy will delete them
immediately.
3.1.3 Is anyone can attend the activities?
Generally,the activities published on LocalJoy are open.You can see the detailed limitations on the information of
the activities provided the publishers.The right to explain the activities belongs to publishers.

3.2 LocalJoy·place
3.2.1 Can I publish place?
All of the registered users can publish the information of the places.You'd better search Whether the place has been
published on the searchbox in the log area before publishing the place.
3.2.2 How to evaluate a place?
You can comment on the comment board in the page of the place.You can also increase the popularity of the place by
clicking 'Add to my favorite places' on the right operation area.
3.2.3 How to publish the information of discount of a place?
Click 'Add coupon' on the right operation area in the page of the place,write down the information of the coupon. Only the publisher of the place can publish a coupon at the present time.The right to explain the coupons belongs to publishers shop owner.
3.2.4 How to use the coupons?
You need to print the page of the coupons of the places.You can take the print version of the coupons to consume at the place.
3.2.5 What is adding a translation?
Both the place and event information of LocalJoy can be added translations.A place or event may have several translations.When the users using different languages scan the information,the content will be presented in deferent
languages.

3.3 LocalJoy·member & group
3.3.1 Where do the members of LocalJoy come from?
The members of LocalJoy come from everywhere of the world.They live in Changchun or has been to Changchun.The most
of users are Changchun local chinese.The others come from Russia,the United States,Germany,France,Britain,Portugal,
Japan,South Korea,the Czech republic,Ukraine,South Africa.
3.3.2 How to commuicate with other members?
There are two ways on-line.You can go to his/her page to leave comments or send  messages.Messages are sent in the
form of station mail,only the recipients can read them.LocalJoy provides this on-line communication tool to promote
members to attend activities so that they can know each other better.
3.3.3 How to become a friend of other users?
You can click 'Add to Friends' on the right operation area in their pages.If the recipients agree,you will be
his/her friends.
3.3.4 Can I create a group?
Any registered users can create groups.Click the right tag 'Create a Group' in the group page.After writing the
information of the group,you finished the creating of the group.

3.4 LocalJoy·My Changchun
3.4.1 What is 'My Changchun'?
In simple terms,'My Changchun' will be the entire content of Changchun.This is a persistent project which everyone can contribute.It's only necessary for you to write down meaningful and real articles about Changchun.
Every article contributor  will be presented in the list of article editors.The whole world will come to understand Changchun and you though 'My Changchun'.
3.4.2 What can I do in 'My Changchun'?
By writing articles in 'My Changchun',you can record the things of the city,send your understanding of Changchun,
open a window to the persons who come to Changchun recently,provide pleasure to the people living in Changchun and
give longing to the persons who have not been to Changchun.
3.4.3 How to add new articles?
Registered users can create new articles by two ways.The first one is that submiting the article name in the page
of article submiting and others can vote to it.There are five articles which will be editable articles.The other
way is tell us diretly.
3.4.4 How to add photos to the article and every section?
The article created by voting's photo uploaded while voting will be the formal article photo and presented on the
first page of 'My Changchun',it can not be replaced generally.The photo of every section can be replaced discretionarily.Because every section adopt history version mechannism,every modification will be recorded in the history.The photos uploaded by users before will not be deleted in the server and can be accessed in the history versions.
3.4.5 What is section history?
Section history is the edit history of all the sections.You can deacidize the history versions in the page of the section history.Every modification of the sections has a record.The last redaction will present in the article page
where the section is in.
