Description:

Open 24 hours a day.  Two floors.  Part of a Shanghai-based chain.  The atmosphere is a cross between a restaurant and a coffee lounge. Enter through the bank ATM lobby on Tong Zhi Jie or through the entrance on Xi Kang Hut Tong.  Thanks to Changchun Friends for this listing.

      呵呵 遭到投诉了呢 这里的东西比较一般 不过可以坐在娱乐区一直玩 所以还是有很多朋友们去

          Some good soups, too. However the last time I went was my last. The service was terrible! I'm a nice and polite person, even when things get rough, but I have my limits. Sitting for thirty minutes after reordering a drink three times, only to be charged for the pleasure of sitting there because one drink arrived but the other didn't. Seriously ready to flick people off as I left...paying for my friends drink but not the extra service charge because I sat waiting for one!

            A little expensive, and not the best food, but a welcome oasis in Changchun. Fairly consistent presentation. Great milk tea.
