South Lake (南湖公园 Nánhú), a large park which is a favorite picnic
and recreation spot for locals. In the summer, the lake is used for
boating and water sports, and there is a stand of huge lotus plants
near one part of it. In the winter, the lake freezes over and serves as

First constructed in 1938, the Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden has a
complex geological feature. The artificial lake in the park naturally
divides it into three parts. The western part of the park has a
30m-high manmade hill as its main body, on which trees from Changbai

Jingyuetan offers a real change from everyday city life. Founded in 1997, biggest stadium in Changchun, also the mark building, Changchun Nanling Stadium lies to the east of Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden.
Now it is the homefield of Changchun YaTai Football Club, they won the championship of CFSL in 2007.

Changchun Five Rings Stadium has a capacity of 11,428 and covers an area of 31,192 square metres.
It served as the main gym of the sixth Asia Winter Game(2007), hosted the opening and closing ceremonies as well as figure skating and short track speed skating.
